Learn how to raise and process poultry responsibly in this structured, hands-on workshop on our farm.

This class goes beyond basic processing. We will cover the full lifecycle approach to small scale poultry, from breed selection and feed choices to humane dispatch, breakdown, and long term storage.

Participants will actively take part in processing and take home one fully cleaned bird. Our birds are raised on pasture and fed organic feed within a regenerative system.
