CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Amendment by You
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated once, subject to availability.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel or amend your booking. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and will work with you to see if we can re-schedule your booking. If no agreeable alternative date is available, we will refund you in full for any monies paid to us. Unfortunately, we can accept no further liabilities.
Information & Accuracy
The information and prices shown on this website are amended from time to time and may change between the time you first view a property and make a booking.
You should check that all the details are as you expect prior to making a booking. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, the property (including the features and extras available) may be incorrectly described and/or priced.
If we discover this is the case after you have made a booking, we reserve the right to contact you with details of the correct information and/or pricing and will give you the option to:
(1) proceed with the booking based on the correct information and/or pricing, which may require the payment of an additional amount by you;
OR
(2) subject to availability, change your booking dates to dates when the pricing can be honored and so no additional charge to you. In the event that a lower price can be offered for alternative dates then the difference would be refunded;
OR
(3) cancel the booking. If we do not receive your instructions within 5 days of contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without liability to you
Sunday Farm Tours - Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all guests. Please review our policy before booking:
- Tours must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
- Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour and missed tours are non-refundable.
- In case of severe weather, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the order to the next available pickup date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as each loaf is made to order.
- If you fail to pick up your order within the designated time frame, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule.

Farm Photo Shoots - Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Farm rentals for photoshoots must be booked in advance.
- Rental rates and time slots are available upon request.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance qualify for a full refund. Within 3 days, refunds are not available.
- Use of livestock, farm structures, or special setups must be pre-approved.
