Welcome to Bereishis The Farm! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services, including our Yurt, sourdough sales, Sunday farm tours, and farm rentals for photoshoots. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

  • By accessing this site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Amendment by You

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated once, subject to availability. 

Cancellation and Amendment by us

In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us to cancel or amend your booking. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and will work with you to see if we can re-schedule your booking. If no agreeable alternative date is available, we will refund you in full for any monies paid to us. Unfortunately, we can accept no further liabilities.

Information & Accuracy

The information and prices shown on this website are amended from time to time and may change between the time you first view a property and make a booking.

You should check that all the details are as you expect prior to making a booking. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, the property (including the features and extras available) may be incorrectly described and/or priced. 

If we discover this is the case after you have made a booking, we reserve the right to contact you with details of the correct information and/or pricing and will give you the option to:

(1) proceed with the booking based on the correct information and/or pricing, which may require the payment of an additional amount by you;

 OR

(2) subject to availability, change your booking dates to dates when the pricing can be honored and so no additional charge to you. In the event that a lower price can be offered for alternative dates then the difference would be refunded;

OR

(3) cancel the booking. If we do not receive your instructions within 5 days of contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without liability to you

4. Sunday Farm Tours

  • Tours must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
  • Cancellations: Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour and missed tours are non-refundable.
  • In case of severe weather, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

5. Photoshoots

  • Farm rentals for photoshoots must be booked in advance.
  • Rental rates and time slots are available upon request.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance qualify for a full refund. Within 3 days, refunds are not available.
  • Use of livestock, farm structures, or special setups must be pre-approved.

6. Sourdough Sales & Food Products

  • All food products, including sourdough, are final sale and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup for assistance.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Bereishis The Farm is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages sustained during your visit.
  • Guests assume full responsibility for their safety while on the property.
