Our Kitchen & Kashrut

At Bereishis The Farm, the way we cook is an extension of the way we farm.

We use only certified kosher ingredients in our kitchen. Our poultry is processed by a qualified Chabad shochet in accordance with halacha. When something is not grown here, it is sourced intentionally from producers we trust and whose standards align with our own. 

We maintain careful separation and thoughtful preparation, with a deep respect for the laws of kashrut and for the people who are eating at our table. While we are not under formal rabbinic certification, we are committed to transparency and integrity in how food is handled and served. 

Rebbetzin Sheiner of Palm Beach Synagogue has both dined and hosted at the farm is personally comfortable eating here. Her comfort reflects her familiarity with how we operate. It is not certification or formal supervision.
